For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:
- Concrete slabs have been poured to all terraces & the communal building;
- Structural timber framing is complete for buildings 10, 6, 9, 5, 8 & the communal building;
- Lower frames have been stood for buildings 4 & 7 & 11;
- Roof has been installed to buildings 6, 10, 5 & 9;
- Plumbing electrical & air-conditioning rough-in are complete to buildings 10 & 6;
- External cladding & hebel is complete for building 6 and is underway to buildings 10 & 9;
- Internal plasterboard sheeting is near complete to building 6.
