• Bulk earthworks and retaining walls are complete;
• Civil stormwater and sewer is complete;
• Electrical and communications underground mains have been installed throughout the site;
• External electrical Energex conduits have been installed;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to all buildings;
• Road kerbs and gravels have been installed with chip seal down;
• Concrete building slabs are due to commence in the coming weeks.
