For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Timber frames are essentially complete to all buildings;
• Roofing has been installed to buildings 2 to 5;
• Plumbing & electrical rough-ins are complete to buildings 2, 3 & 4 & are underway for building 5;
• External cladding is complete for buildings 2, 3 & 4 and is underway on building 5 with render near complete on buildings 2 & 3;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete for buildings 2 & 3 and is underway in building 4;
• Internal tiling is complete in building 2 and is underway in building 3;
• Plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning fit off is underway in building 2;
• External painting is near complete on building 2 with internal painting underway in building 2 & 3.
