We are currently experiencing noticeable supply chain disruptions and shortages of materials onsite. Due to this delay, the construction completion is now forecast for Quarter 3 in 2022.

• Electrical and communications underground mains have been installed throughout the site;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to all buildings;
• Concrete building slabs are complete to all buildings;
• Castamore way road widening works are complete;
• Timber frames are complete to terraces 23 - 29 & are underway for terraces 17 - 37;
• Roofs are starting to be installed.
