We are currently experiencing noticeable supply chain disruptions and shortages of materials onsite. Due to this delay, the construction completion is now forecast for Quarter 4 in 2022.

For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Bulk earthworks and retaining walls are complete;
• Civil services are complete through the site including stormwater, sewer, water and electrical;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to all terraces;
• Timber fencing to the boundaries is complete;
• All foundation piers have been installed;
• Concrete slabs have been poured for buildings 5 to 12.
