Welcome to the June construction update for Saville by Azure in Richlands. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

All scaffold has been removed from the site, marking a major visual transformation. Building 1 and Building 2 are bustling with activity as internal painting, joinery, and flooring works are well underway.

Buildings 3, 4, and 5 have completed their final inspections and commissioning, with landscaping also wrapped up.

Building 6 is progressing steadily with its final fit-off and landscaping nearing 50% completion. Building 7 follows closely behind at 30% for both final fit-off, landscaping, and fencing installation.

Building 8 leads the pack with final fit-off and landscaping nearing 75%, showcasing advanced stages of completion.

Building 9 is gearing up for its final fit-out and landscaping, set to commence soon. The pool pavilion structure is fully complete, with pool area tiling finished and landscaping preparation underway.

By the end of the month, large concrete planter boxes and trees will be installed, adding to the area’s aesthetic appeal.

Preparations for the main road asphalt are underway, with driveways being readied for the upcoming asphalt works scheduled for next month.

The manager's office is seeing progress with internal fit-out and external wall works currently in motion. In other external areas and landscaping efforts, 60% of entry arbours have been installed, with feature stone cladding also initiated, enhancing the site's overall look and feel.
