Welcome to the June construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.
New stormwater connection works to the neighbouring townhouse development carpark area are complete. River Road stormwater and road widening works are progressing well, with completion expected in early July.
Concrete slabs have been poured for terraces 23 to 28. Prefabricated timber framing has been delivered to three buildings, covering terraces 11 to 16 and 23 to 34, with installation progressing smoothly.
Permanent perimeter timber fencing is now completed for a quarter of the site. Live sewer connections are nearing completion, and in-ground electrical works are almost finished for all terraces and communal areas. Plumbing under slab works are 75% complete across the buildings, and the pool shell is now complete.
Looking ahead, we plan to complete the detention basin footings and blockwork in July. The internal road chip seal will be completed in the southern section of the site. Concrete slab work will continue to progress from north to south, with completion expected in August.
The River Road upgrade works, including a new water main connection into the site, will be finalised. All in-ground services are scheduled to be completed in July. Additionally, scaffold erection will commence, followed by the installation of metal roofing and cladding.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to make significant progress at Munro by Azure in Bundamba.
