Welcome to the June construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

The in-ground stormwater drainage works within the site are 75% complete. Stormwater upgrade works to Sylvan Road are ongoing, with the final stage set to commence in July 2024.

Scaffold erection for level 10 is at 50%, and blockwork for level 9 walls is also 50% complete. The formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of the level 8 slab are now fully complete, as are the concrete columns from level 8 to level 9. The level 9 slab is fully formed, reinforced, and poured, and the lift shaft and stair walls from level 9 to level 10 are almost 80% complete. Services conduits for the suspended slabs of levels 8 and 9 are now also fully installed.

On levels 1 to 5, reveal waterproofing works are 90% complete, and aluminium windows and doors installation is 80% done. Fire door frame installation has commenced on levels 1, 2, and 3. Ceilings and partitions framing works from levels 1 to 5 are 80% complete, and plasterboard sheeting for these levels is almost 50% complete.

The main switchboard installation is nearing completion at 95%. Electrical services rough-in are 85% complete in the lower and upper basements, 90% complete for levels 1 to 4, and 75% complete for the corridors on levels 5 to 7. Hydraulic services rough-in are 80% complete for levels 1 to 6 and 20% complete for levels 7 to 9.

Mechanical services rough-in for the lower and upper basements are 95% complete, as are the services on levels 3, 4, and 5. Fire services rough-in is 95% complete for the lower and upper basements, 90% complete for levels 1 to 6, and has commenced on levels 7 and 8.

Internal waterproofing and tiling on level 1 have commenced, along with internal painting works and kitchen joinery installation. External render and painting have also begun.

With all this progress, we are excited to announce that we are on track for settlement anticipated in the first quarter of 2025.
