We are pleased to provide you with the construction update for July 2024.

The topsoil has been stripped, and the retaining wall footing is now 80% complete. Retaining wall blockwork is actively underway.

Ground preparation for the suspended deck area is in progress, with footings and columns set to begin next month. Sewer detention tanks are being fabricated offsite and are scheduled for delivery in mid-August.
