Welcome to the latest construction update for One Five Six in New Farm. We're excited to share the progress we've made on this beautiful project throughout the month of August.

Internally, the northern balcony screen installation is 80% complete, with internal door installations on levels 1 to 4 at 90%. Lift lobby plasterboard installation across all levels is also at 90%, and the apartment services fit-off has reached the same milestone. Appliance installation, electrical fit-off, and hydraulic sanitary fixture and tapware installations are all at 85-90% completion, with painting works similarly advanced at 90%.

Balcony tiling on levels 3 to 6 is 90% done, while joinery installation on levels 1 to 5 is nearly finished at 95%, with level 6 close behind at 90% including stone. Stone installation on levels 1 to 5 is also at 90%, and shower screen and door installations on these levels are 95% complete.

Timber floor installations across all levels are 95% complete. Level 1 communal glazing is at 85% complete with lobby plasterboard installations at 95%.

Internal communal tiling on level 1 is ongoing at 60%, and the initial clean and defect identification process has commenced for apartments on levels 1 to 5.

Externally, the builder’s site shed has been dismantled and removed, signalling a shift towards finalising the outdoor spaces. Earthworks and park remediation on level 1 have commenced, alongside the ongoing external hardscape works, including the gatehouse.

Landscaping on level 1 is 45% complete, and the crossover, footpath, and driveway tiling work is progressing. The communal pool area on level 1 is also moving forward, while rooftop pool works are nearly finished at 95%, with landscaping and tiling on the rooftop both at 90-95% completion.
