Welcome to the August construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

The in-ground stormwater drainage works are now 80% complete, with the final stage of the Sylvan Road stormwater upgrade works reaching 75% completion. Scaffold erection for level 10 is fully complete, and blockwork on the level 10 walls is 85% finished. The formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of the level 10 slab are 100% done, as are the columns from level 10 to the roof structure. Concrete ring beams on level 10 are 90% complete, and the lift shaft, stair walls, and concrete roofs have also reached full completion.

Looking ahead, the structural steel roof framing is set to commence in the first week of September. Internally, waterproofing on levels 1 to 8 is 95% complete, while the installation of aluminium windows and doors is at 90%. Fire door frame installations on these levels have progressed to 80%, and ceiling and partition framing works on levels 1 to 6 are also 80% complete. Plasterboard sheeting for these ceilings and partitions is now 60% finished.

The main switchboard installation is nearly done at 95%, and the roughing in of electrical services in both the lower and upper basements is at 85%. Electrical rough-in works on levels 5 to 8 have reached 65%, with corridor rough-in on those levels at 95%. Hydraulic and mechanical services rough-in on levels 1 to 8 are both nearing completion at 90% and 95%, respectively. Fire services rough-in across these levels, as well as in the basements, is at 95%.

The waterproofing and tiling in apartments on levels 1 to 3 are 85% complete, and painting on levels 1 to 4 is progressing well at 65% completion. Apartment joinery on levels 1 to 3 is also at 85%. Externally, render work is 70% finished, while painting, including soffits, is at 75%. Balustrade installation has begun and is 35% complete. Finally, lift installation has commenced and is ongoing, with 20% of the work completed so far.
