Welcome to the September construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The pad footings for the suspended deck are now 100% complete, and the earthworks, including the import of 11,000m3 of material, have been successfully finished. Additionally, 70% of the building pads have been trimmed to height and are ready for the installation of under-slab services.

We’ve made strong progress on civil works, with one of the two stormwater detention tanks installed and the civil stormwater services now 80% complete. The Energex conduits in the verge are also fully installed, marking another key achievement.

Looking ahead, underground electrical work is set to commence in October, with preparations for the first suspended slab pour also targeted for the same month.
