Welcome to the September construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.
The in-ground stormwater drainage and the Sylvan Road stormwater upgrade are both 100% complete. Scaffold dismantling for levels 8, 9, and 10 is 40% done, while the level 10 slab, concrete ring beams, and blockwork for the walls are fully finished. The structural steel roof framing is 90% complete.
On levels 1 to 8, waterproofing is 95% complete, and wet area waterproofing on levels 1 to 7 is at 90%. Windows and doors are 90% installed on these levels, and fire door and frame installations have reached 50%. Ceilings and partition framing for levels 1 to 9 are 90% done, with plasterboard sheeting for levels 1 to 8 also at 90%.
Electrical services rough-ins are nearing completion. In the lower and upper basements, they’re 90% done, and on levels 5 to 8, they’ve reached 95%. Hydraulic, mechanical, and fire services rough-ins are 95% complete for levels 1 to 8 and the basements.
Interior finishes are progressing well. Tiling on levels 1 to 7 is 85% complete, with internal painting at 65%. Joinery installation is 85% done, and appliance installation for levels 1 to 4 is at 50%. Exterior render is 80% complete, and external painting, including soffits, is 85% done. Balustrades are 65% installed, metalwork screens are at 90%, and lift and rubbish chute installations are both 75% complete. The communal pool on level 9 is 60% constructed.
We remain on track for settlements in Quarter-1 2025 and will continue to keep you informed with regular updates as One Earle Lane moves closer to completion.
