Welcome to the October construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The prefabricated timber framing, including walls, flooring, and trusses, is now complete for terraces 17 to 22. The team onsite is currently working on the timber framing for terraces 51 to 58, 73 to 80, and 81 to 84, steadily building momentum across these areas.

Ground-up scaffolding has been fully installed for terraces 1 to 50, marking a significant milestone. Additionally, windows are now installed in terraces 29 to 34, and partially installed in terraces 35 to 50. Plasterboard installation has been successfully completed for terraces 11 to 16, and perimeter timber fencing is nearly finalised, reaching 95% completion.

Looking ahead, we’re planning to continue timber framing for terraces 71 to 100. Roofing installation will progress across the project, followed by the installation of ground-up scaffolding around buildings to initiate cladding work. We’ll also advance window installation for terraces 35 to 50 and commence services rough-in for terraces 17 to 22. Plasterboard sheeting will begin for terraces 1 to 22 and 35 to 50 as we continue to bring Munro to life.
