As we wrap up 2024, we’re excited to share the final construction update for Dahlia by Azure. This year has been full of progress, and the site is steadily taking shape as we prepare for more milestones in 2025.

Over the past month, we have commenced trimming the building pads, setting a solid foundation for the next phase of work. Additionally, the stormwater detention tank hole has been successfully dug and is now ready for the next critical step.

Looking ahead, the pre-fabricated stormwater detention tank is scheduled for installation. This marks an essential advancement as we continue to progress through key infrastructure works.
