Caretaking Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with caretaking agreements & obligations, maintenance regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, liaising with caretakers, trades, and body corporates.
  • Maintain records and manage workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks in line with agreements.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly, providing updates, reports, and resolutions.
  • Support the Head of Caretaking & collaborate with the Caretaking Team Leader, focusing on operational caretaking duties while enabling leadership to drive business growth.

About You

  • Experience in maintenance management, building management, property management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of maintenance matters across multiple complexes while ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g. PropertyMe) is desirable.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.
