Key Results Areas

The Contracts Administrator position aims to improve and leverage the reputation of the company by:

1. Overseeing project delivery to meet the specified program, commercial and quality targets.

2. Undertaking project cost and financial reporting.

3. Undertake project and program reporting.

4. Administer all Head Contract obligations.

5. Developing strong and lasting relationships with key current and potential partners and customers that align with Azure’s values.

6. Maintain and manage records, files, registers and documents.

7. Ensure subcontract and supplier invoices are processed in accordance with Azure’s process’s and procedures.

8. Attend and contribute to the procurement meetings.

9. Administer all project procurement duties in line with the project budgets.

10. Ensure all administration tasks are done in accordance with the BIF Act.

11. Continually identify, assess and mitigate risk whilst embracing opportunity.

12. Embrace continuous improvement in all facets of project delivery including new and innovative Design, Material, Technology systems and processes.

13. Oversee and manage junior staff in their daily duties and tasks as required.

14. Lead the Project Teams during the construction phase, administer the meetings and take the minutes.

15. Manage all project administration requirements as the relate to project completion.

16. Ensure that OH&S and Environmental Management obligations are contracted within all agreements and followed on site.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Tertiary qualification in Property Development / Project Management / Construction Management (Mandatory).

2. Experience in end-to-end construction value chain (Mandatory).
