Welcome to the October construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Site stripping has been completed, clearing the way for the foundational work ahead.

Bulk earthworks are progressing well, now approximately 80% complete, as we shape the land in preparation for construction. The road box has also been cut into place, marking another significant milestone as we move closer to the next stages of development.

We look forward to sharing more developments as the Dahlia community comes to life.
