For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Civil works are essentially complete including services throughout the site;
• Plumbing and electrical under slab services have been complete to all buildings;
• Concrete slabs have been poured for buildings 2 to 6 and half of building 7;
• Timber frames have been installed for buildings 2 & 3 and are underway on building 4;
• Roofing has been installed to building 2;
• Plumbing and electrical rough-ins have commenced on building 2;
• External cladding is ready to commence for building 2.
