As 2024 comes to a close, we’re pleased to deliver the construction update for Elwood by Azure. This year has seen significant progress across the site, and we’re excited to carry this momentum into 2025 as we continue to bring the project to life.

The suspended slab formwork is now 30% complete, with the first suspended slab pour successfully finalised. Key infrastructure works are also nearing completion, with the main sewer and water reticulation 98% finished and electrical reticulation at 95%.

Progress has commenced on terrace under-slab services, which are now 5% complete as we prepare for further works from now until the end of the year.
