Welcome to the October construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The main stormwater, water, sewer, and electrical reticulation systems are now 80% complete, setting a solid foundation for the development. Preparations are underway on the main internal roads, including work on the kerbs and road gravel layers to ensure durability and stability.

Under-slab plumbing services have commenced for terraces 49 to 54, keeping us on track for the next stages of construction. Meanwhile, suspended deck columns are being prepared for concrete pours along the internal road and terraces 9 through to 32, with all internal road pours targeted for completion by the end of November.

Additionally, the pool shell is now fully completed, adding a significant milestone to Elwood’s future amenities.
