The William Edition September Construction Update

Since project commencement on 5 February 2018 the contractor has been delayed by twenty eight (28) days due to inclement weather. The current revised date for Practical Completion for Rawcorp is Quarter 1 2019.

Construction status is as follows;

Common Areas

  • Bulk earthworks 100% complete
  • Inground services 95% complete (water, gas, sewer, SW, electrical conduits);
  • Sub-base course 90% installed;
  • Transformer installed;
  • Communal Pool shell poured;
  • Sales office removed from site allowing commencement of TH’s 52 and 53;

Terrace 1 (TH’s 1,2,3,4 & 5)

  • Underground services complete;
  • Bored piers complete;
  • Footings and blockwork complete;
  • Slabs poured;
  • Ground floor wall framing commenced;

Terrace 2 (TH’s 7,9,11)

  • Scaffold dismantle commenced;
  • Window and cladding installation complete;
  • Render and painting complete;
  • Internal stairs installed;
  • Internal doors, skirtings & architrave installation complete;
  • PB linings complete and painting well advanced;
  • Kitchens installed;
  • Waterproofing and tiling commenced;

Terrace 3 (TH’s 6, 8, 10, 12,14 ,16,18)

  • Scaffold erected;
  • Upper level wall and roof framing is complete;
  • Roof installed;
  • Windows installed and external cladding commenced;
  • Services roughed in complete;
  • PB linings well advanced;
  • Internal doors, skirtings & architrave installation well advanced;
  • Kitchens commenced;

Terrace 4 (TH’s 13,15,17,19)

  • Render and paint well advanced;
  • Scaffold removed;
  • Kitchen installation complete;
  • Waterproofing and tiling complete;
  • Internal painting well advanced;
  • Vanity’s installed;
  • Robes, mirrors and showerscreens installation underway;

Terrace 5 (TH’s 21,23,25,27)

  • External render and painting;
  • Scaffold removed;
  • PB Linings complete;
  • Internal painting well advanced;
  • Kitchen installation complete;
  • Waterproofing and tiling complete;
