The William Edition January Construction Update

Construction has been progressing well at William Edition and building works are now noticeably advance. Azure is pleased to advise that practical completion of the William Edition is anticipated in the coming months and as such, settlements will be called for in mid-April to occur in accordance with your sales contract.

Finance Application Advice

With settlements approaching, we take this opportunity to remind you that your loan application should be underway if you require finance to complete your purchase. If you haven’t yet commenced your loan application, it is recommended that you do so as soon as practicable to ensure that your financier is ready for settlements when they are called for in mid-April 2019.

Common Areas
Roadways are continuing and will be finalised over the next few months.  In ground services are 95% complete. The shell of the pool has been poured and the communal building is underway.  

Building 1 (TH’s 1,2,3,4 & 5)
Upper level wall framing, roof framing and window installation is complete. External cladding and rendering has started along with the internal plasterboard linings. 

Building 2 & 3 (TH’s 6 7,8,9,10,11,12,14,16,18)
These building are in final defecting and cleaning stage. External works including fences and landscaping have started and will be completed in February. 

Building 4 & 5 (TH’s 13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27)
Defecting and cleaning have started and will be complete in the next few weeks. External works have started. 

Building 6 (TH’s 20, 22, 24, 26,28 ,30,32, 34)
The final paint, tiling, shelving installation & service fit off has been completed. Defecting and cleaning has started.

Building 7 (TH’s 29,31,33,35)
Building 7 is complete with defecting and cleaning are currently underway and the external works have commenced.  

Building 8 (TH’s 36,38,40 & 41)
External painting is now very advance and the kitchen joinery has begun to be installed. Doors, skirting and architraves are also being added to each of the rooms. 

Building 9 (TH’s 37 & 39)
External cladding has has been finalised and screens have been installed.  Scaffolding was removed in January and Kitchens have also been installed with the final services fit off underway.   

Building 10 & 11 (TH’s 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 & 50)
External cladding has has been finalised and screens have been installed.  Scaffolding was removed in January and Kitchens have also been installed with the final services fit off underway. 

Building 12 & 13 (TH’s 49, 51, 52 & 53)
The external cladding, render and painting has been completed in January and scaffolding has been removed. Kitchens have been installed with the the stone top install commencing w/c 4/2/19. Doors, skirting and architraves are currently being installed.
