Welcome to the August construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.
The detention basin footings are now complete, with blockwork walls scheduled for completion by the end of this month.
Concrete slabs are nearly finished, with just six remaining for terraces 67 to 72. The stormwater and road widening works on River Road are fully completed, with asphalt installation scheduled for the end of the month.
All in-ground civil services, including electrical, stormwater, sewer, and water, are now completed. Terrace under-slab services are nearing completion, with only 10 terraces left.
Prefabricated timber framing is complete for terraces 11 to 16 and 23 to 34, and framing has begun on terraces 1 to 6, 35 to 44, and 45 to 50.
Scaffold edge and void protection are in place for terraces 11 to 16, 23 to 28, and 29 to 34, and roofing has commenced on terraces 23 to 28. Boundary timber fencing continues, and live sewer connections are complete.
Looking ahead, the remaining concrete terrace slabs will be completed. Timber framing will continue into the Stage 2 buildings which includes terraces 71 - 100, and roofing installation will progress across the project. Ground-up scaffolding will be installed around the perimeter of the buildings to enable cladding installation. Window installation is set to begin on terraces 23 to 34, and sand will be laid in backyards in preparation for topsoil and landscaping later in the project.
Services rough-in work will commence on terraces 1 to 6, 35 to 44, and 45 to 50 as cladding progresses, and plasterboard sheeting will begin on terraces 11 to 16.
