Welcome to the latest construction update for Munro by Azure. We're excited to unveil the recent progress and upcoming works that are laying the foundation for this vibrant development.

Final fill works and building pad trimming and compaction are nearing completion, setting the stage for the next phase of development. Retaining walls have commenced and are progressing well, contributing to the structural integrity of the project.

In-ground sewer and stormwater works have also commenced and are making steady progress, laying the groundwork for essential infrastructure. Internal road levels have been achieved, preparing the site for road preparation activities.

Looking ahead, we aim to complete new stormwater connection works to the existing townhouse development carpark area over the next 6 weeks, pending council approval.

Additionally, we plan to commence River Road civil and road widening works within the next 6-8 weeks, enhancing accessibility and connectivity to the community.

In-ground electrical works are scheduled to commence in preparation for the delivery of a new Padmount transformer, ensuring reliable power supply to the development. The delivery of site sheds and connection of temporary services will soon be completed, providing essential facilities for site operations.
