As the year comes to a close, we’re thrilled to bring you the final construction update for Munro by Azure. 2024 has been a transformative year for the project, with significant milestones achieved as we move closer to delivering your new community.

All concrete slabs and termite protection measures are now finalised, providing a solid foundation for the terraces. Prefabricated timber framing is complete for terraces 73 to 90, with ongoing work for terraces 59 to 66.

Ground-up scaffolding has been completed for terraces 81 to 84, and roofing installation is now finalised for terraces 1 to 44. Window installation is complete for terraces 1 to 50, while plasterboard works have been completed for terraces 1 to 44.

Painting is progressing well, nearing completion for terraces 7 to 16. Garage doors have been installed in terraces 11 to 16 and 29 to 34, while tiling is finalised for terraces 23 to 28.

Looking ahead, timber framing will continue for terraces 71 to 95, alongside progress in roofing and ground-up scaffolding for cladding installation. Plasterboard sheeting is set to commence for terraces 45 to 50, 73 to 80, and 85 to 90, with painting planned for terraces 7 to 10 and 35 to 44. Garage door installation will progress for terraces 23 to 44, and tiling will advance for terraces 7 to 16 and 29 to 44.
