Welcome to the September construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The detention basin blockwork walls and backfill have been finalised, along with the completion of all concrete slabs. Prefabricated timber framing, including walls, flooring, and trusses, has been finished for terraces 1 to 16 and terraces 23 to 50.

Ground-up scaffolding is now complete for these terraces, and roofing has been successfully installed for terraces 1 to 6 and terraces 23 to 44. Windows have been fitted in terraces 11 to 16 and 23 to 28, while plasterboard installation is complete for terraces 23 to 28.

Perimeter timber fencing is currently underway, and sand has been placed in 80% of backyards, setting the stage for topsoil and landscaping later in the project.

Looking ahead, we are preparing to continue timber framing for terraces 71 to 100 and progress roofing installation across the site. Once roofing is completed, ground-up scaffolding will be installed to commence cladding work.

Window installation will begin for terraces 29 to 34, and services rough-in will get underway for terraces 1 to 10, 17 to 22, and 45 to 50. Plasterboard sheeting is also set to start for terraces 1 to 10, 35 to 44, and 45 to 50.
