Elwood by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the March construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Lower frames for Terraces 1–8 are now 80% complete, while preparation is underway in Terraces 9–14 for formwork and the completion of the suspended slab.

Terraces 21–26 have reached a key milestone, with framing now complete and ready for roof installation.

Terraces 27–32 have seen lower frames reach 50% completion, while Terraces 33–40 are progressing well, with upper frames now 50% complete.

In Terraces 41–48, roof trusses and tie-down are complete, paving the way for roof installation.

Terraces 49–54 have had the roof installed, with internal services rough-in underway and cladding scheduled for next month.

In Terraces 55–62, the roof is now complete, with window installation and building wrap in place as the team prepares for cladding. Internal services rough-in are in progress, and plasterboard sheeting is set to commence in early April. Meanwhile, in Terraces 63–68, slabs are complete, and lower framing has reached 80% completion.
