Munro by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the March construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the key milestones reached throughout the site.

Timber framing is now complete in all buildings, while roofing installation has been finalised for terraces 51–58 and 61–100.

Internal carpentry, windows, and timber stairs have been installed across multiple terraces, bringing these homes another step closer to completion. Painting, tiling, and rendering have been completed for terraces 23–50, and kitchen joinery is now in place for terraces 45–50.

Additional finishes, including carpet installation for terraces 7–22 and garage doors for terraces 81–84, have also been completed.

Externally, driveways and footpaths are now in place for terraces 7–14.

In the coming weeks, roofing installation will continue, alongside painting for terraces 73–94 and garage door installations for terraces 71, 72, and 85–100. Landscaping works will commence, while progress on the communal amenities will see tiling begin around the pool area, along with the installation of the cabanas.
