Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the March construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Site preparation is progressing well, with grubbing and clearing now complete.

Bulk earthworks are underway, and the export of unsuitable fill has commenced. Additionally, site establishment has been finalised, setting the groundwork for the next construction phases.

Looking ahead, the coming month will see the awarding of key contracts, including civil hydraulics, pool construction, and ground slabs, marking the next steps toward bringing Oakmont to life.
