One Earle Lane by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the March construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

The scaffold dismantle is complete, with Levels 1 to 3 along Sylvan Road set to be reestablished next month to finalise the colonnade tiling.

Internally, wet area waterproofing, ceilings, and partition framing are now complete across Levels 1 to 9, with aluminium windows and doors at 98% completion. Fire doors and frames have reached 99%, while plasterboard sheeting is fully complete up to Level 9.

Finishing works are well advanced, with balcony tiling at 95% across Levels 2 to 8 and rooftop tiling underway at 25%. Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services are progressing, with the basement and lower levels nearing final fit-off completion. Fire services are now fully installed throughout, ensuring compliance and safety and readiness for the upcoming QFES Final Inspection.

Apartment finishes are taking shape, with tiling at 98%, internal painting at 95%, and joinery at 98% across Levels 1 to 8. Appliance installations have reached 90% on Levels 1 to 6, alongside shower screen and robe door installations at 75%. Carpet installation is also progressing, now at 80% completion.

In the Level 1 common areas, feature joinery cladding is at 75% and tiling works are now 85% complete.

Externally, rendering is 95% complete, with external painting, including soffits, nearing final stages at 98%. Balustrade installation is now fully complete, and metalwork screen installation is at 90%.

Colonnade cladding continues, now 65% finished. The rooftop is also taking shape, with Level 9 fit-out works, including plasterboard linings complete and tiling, at 25%, feature cladding has commenced, while pool construction and landscaping are well advanced.

With strong momentum on-site, One Earle Lane remains on track for settlements in June 2025. As construction enters its final stages, we look forward to sharing more updates in the lead-up to completion.
