Willow by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

Tiling and fix-outs are now finished for terraces 1–21, with internal painting underway.

Terraces 22–37 have had external painting and rendering completed, with fix-outs and tiling now in progress.

For terraces 70–76, fix-outs and tiling are complete, and external painting has commenced. Joinery installations are underway for terraces 38–42, along with the start of rear yard landscaping.

Terraces 43–50 have now completed external painting, with joinery fit-outs in progress.

External cladding has commenced for terraces 51–56, while terraces 57–69 have completed external rendering, with external painting now underway.
