Welcome to the July construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

The in-ground stormwater drainage works within the site are 75% complete. Stormwater upgrade works on Sylvan Road are ongoing, with the final commencing this month and programmed to complete in August 2024.

Scaffold erection for level 10 is now 100% complete, and blockwork for level 9 walls is also 100% complete. The formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of the level 9 and level 10 slabs are now fully complete. The lift shaft and stair walls for the entire building are also fully complete including the concrete roof structure. Services conduits for the suspended slabs of levels 9 and 10 are now also fully installed.

On levels 1 to 8, reveal waterproofing works are 90% complete, and aluminium windows and doors installation is 80% done. Fire door frame installation has commenced on levels 1 to 5. Ceilings and partitions framing works from levels 1 to 6 are 80% complete, and plasterboard sheeting for these levels is almost 60% complete.

The main switchboard installation is nearing completion at 95%. Electrical services rough-in are 85% complete in the lower and upper basements, 90% complete for levels 1 to 4, and 75% complete for the corridors on levels 5 to 7. Hydraulic services rough-in are 90% complete for levels 1 to 6 and 50% complete for levels 7 to 8.

Mechanical services rough-in for the lower and upper basements are 95% complete, as are the services on levels 4 to 7. Fire services rough-in is 95% complete for the lower and upper basements, 90% complete for levels 1 to 6, and has commenced on levels 7 and 8.

Internal waterproofing and apartment tiling is well advanced on levels 1 and 2, along with internal painting works and kitchen joinery installation. External render and painting are also well advanced.

With all this progress, we are excited to announce that we are on track for settlement anticipated in the first quarter of 2025.
