Welcome to the final construction update for 2024 for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

Significant progress continues onsite, setting the stage for a strong start in 2025. The scaffold dismantle for levels 4 to 10 is now 85% complete, and the Sylvan Road gantry has been fully removed. Streetscape works have commenced, marking an exciting step toward finalizing the project. Roof sheeting is nearly complete at 98%, while reveal and wet area waterproofing works for levels 1 to 9 are now 100% complete.

Aluminium window and door installations have progressed to 95%, and fire door and frame installations are at 80%. Ceilings and partition framing works for levels 1 to 9 are 95% complete, with plasterboard sheeting on levels 1 to 8 now at 98%.

The main switchboard installation is finished, and electrical services fit-off has reached 50% on both the lower and upper basements, as well as levels 1 to 4. Hydraulic services fit-off is underway at 25% for levels 1 to 4, and mechanical services rough-in for the basements is 100% complete, with fit-off works for levels 1 to 4 progressing to 25%. Fire services fit-off is at 25% for the lower and upper basements, as well as levels 1 to 8.

Interior finishes are advancing well. Apartment tiling for levels 1 to 8 is 90% complete, with internal painting works at 80% and joinery at 85%. Appliance installation for levels 1 to 6 has reached 75%.

Externally, render and painting, including soffits, are 95% complete, and balustrade installation has also progressed to 95%, while metalwork screens are at 90%. The rubbish chute installation is 85% complete, and the lift installation is now fully commissioned.

On Level 9, fit-out works, including services rough-in and framing, are 100% complete. Pool construction and installation works have reached 70%, and landscaping has commenced, adding early touches of greenery to the space including the installation of the four (4) Canary Island Palms.
