Welcome to the October construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

Currently, the scaffold dismantling for levels 7 to 10 is 75% finished, and the man and materials hoist has now been removed. The structural steel roof framing is fully complete, with roof sheeting close behind at 90%. Waterproofing works from levels 1 to the rooftop reveals are finalised, while wet area waterproofing on levels 1 to 8 stands at 98% completion.

The onsite team has made significant progress on the installation front. Aluminium windows and doors from levels 1 to 8 are now 90% installed, and fire doors with frames have reached 80% completion in these same levels. Ceiling and partition framing from levels 1 to 10 are 90% done, while plasterboard sheeting for ceilings and partitions on levels 1 to 8 is 98% complete. Our main switchboard installation is fully complete, and we've reached the final stages of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services rough-in across key areas, with most components nearing or at 100% completion.

In interior finishes, tiling and joinery in apartments on levels 1 to 8 are progressing well, with tiling and joinery at 85%. Internal painting is at 65%, and appliance installation on levels 1 to 6 has reached 50%.

External works are also moving ahead, with render 90% complete, soffits and exterior painting at 95%, and balustrade and metalwork screen installation at 85% and 90%, respectively. Lift installations are now complete, and the rubbish chute is at 85% completion.

We're thrilled to see the level 9 pool construction at 70%, adding to the extensive amenity offering for the development.

We remain on track for settlements in Quarter-1 2025 and will continue to keep you informed with regular updates as One Earle Lane moves closer to completion.
