Welcome to the latest construction update for One Earle Lane.
Our in-ground stormwater drainage within the site is currently at 70% completion, contributing to effective water management. Progress along Sylvan Road is significant, with substantial completion of the frontage and ongoing pit upgrade work to enable the road crossing.
We're delighted to share that all temporary boundary retention bracing has been removed, reaching 100% completion. Additionally, the construction team has achieved 100% completion for the upper basement slab, the blockwork on the upper basement to Level 1, the concrete walls for the lift shaft and stair core and concrete columns.
Upper-level progress includes the 100% completion of formwork for the Level 1 suspended deck, with reinforcement at 90%. Level 1 slab reinforcement is at 80%, and services conduit installation for the Level 1 suspended slab is at 90% completion.
Looking ahead, we're actively working on the formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of Level 1 to Level 2 columns and concrete walls which are currently at 20% completion. In the lower basement, electrical and fire services rough-ins stands at 20%, ensuring functionality and safety.
