The dismantling of scaffoldings on the Eastern and Western Façades reached 90% completion, improving the exterior appearance. Metalwork cladding on the Northern Façade progressed to 80%, enhancing aesthetics and structural integrity.

External rendering and painting works continued on the Northern and Southern Façades, while metalwork installation commenced on the Southern Façade. Balustrade installation on the Southern Façade reached 90% completion, ensuring safety.

Interior works saw advancements, including painting, joinery, and tiling installations on various levels. Essential services fit-off in the basements was at 75%, while glazing installation across all levels reached 95%.

Recreational amenities such as communal and rooftop pools progressed, along with landscaping works. Fire services and lift installations were nearing completion on all levels. Rubbish chute installation was at 90%, enhancing convenience.

Overall, the project remained on schedule, with ongoing deliveries of building services.
