Welcome to the latest construction update for One Five Six in New Farm. We're excited to share the progress we've made on this beautiful project throughout the month of July.
The building scaffold has been completely dismantled, revealing the stunning exterior of the building. The metalwork cladding, reveals, planter boxes, and balustrade installations on the northern and southern façades are also 100% complete.
Work is well progressed on the northern balcony screens installation, adding a touch of elegance to each residence.
Internally, the installation of doors on levels 1 to 4 is at 90%, and the apartment glazing across all levels is nearly finished at 99%. The lift lobby plasterboard installation is progressing well, currently at 60%.
External render works are nearly complete at 95%, while painting across all levels has reached 85%. Appliance installations are at 75%, with electrical fit-off works at 65%.
In the Lower and Upper Basements, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services fit-off are at 90% completion.
On levels 1 through 5, joinery installation is 85% complete, with level 6 joinery installation slightly ahead at 90%. Stone installation on levels 1 to 5 is 80% complete, and shower screens and doors installation has reached 85%.
Internal tiling works across all apartments are almost complete at 99%, while balcony tile installation on levels 3 through 6 is 70% complete. Timber floor installation across all levels is at 90%, and the installation of hydraulic sanitary fixtures and tapware is also at 85%.
Level 1 communal glazing works are 80% complete, and the lobby plasterboard installation is nearly done at 95%. The communal pool tiling on level 1 is fully complete.
External hardscape works on level 1, including the gatehouse, have commenced, and landscape works are ongoing. The crossover and footpath have been poured, and driveway tiling has started.
On the rooftop, pool works are 95% complete, with landscaping and tiling works both at 80%.
