Welcome to the June construction update for One Five Six by Azure in New Farm. We're thrilled to share the latest progress onsite.

The building scaffold dismantle is now 99% complete, and the metalwork cladding, reveals, planter box, and balustrade installations on the northern and southern façades are 95% done.

Internal door installation is progressing, with level 1 at 30% complete and level 2 at 60%. Glazing installation across all levels is 95% complete, and lift lobby plasterboard installation works are at 60%. External render works are also 95% complete.

Painting works across all levels have reached 80% completion, and appliance installations are at 75%. Electrical fit-off works are 65% complete, while the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services fit-off in the lower and upper basements are 90% complete. Joinery installation is well underway, with levels 1 through 5 at 90% and level 6 at 80%. Stone installation works on levels 1 to 5 are 70% complete, along with the shower screens and doors installation.

Internal tiling works for all apartments are 90% complete, with balcony tile installation on levels 3 to 6 well advanced. Timber floor installation across all levels is at 75%, and the installation of hydraulic sanitary fixtures and tapware is 70% complete.

The communal amenities are progressing well. Plasterboard installation in the level 1 communal lobby is 80% complete, and the plunge pool tiling is at 75%, while the main communal pool tiling is at 90%. The mailbox structure installation on level 1 is 80% complete, and landscape works have commenced.

On the rooftop, pool works are 95% complete, landscaping works are at 80%, and tiling works are 40% complete. Building services deliveries are ongoing, ensuring the steady progress of construction.
