Additionally, blockwork walls from Level 6 to the Roof Terrace are 100% complete, and blockwork walls to roof level structures are 50% complete, enhancing the overall structure of the building.

Temporary formwork backprops have been successfully removed from Level 2, and the removal process continues on Levels 3, 4, and 5.

In the Lower and Upper Level Basements, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services fit-offs are 75% complete, ensuring the provision of essential utilities.

Level 3 waterproofing to window and door reveals is 90% complete, adding protection and functionality to the building.

Aluminium and glazing installation on Levels 1 and 2 is 50% complete, while Level 3 glazing installation is 30% complete, bringing natural light into the residences.

Levels 1 and 2 have seen the completion of wall framing installation, while Level 3 is at 60% completion in this regard.

Mechanical, fire, and hydraulic services rough-in works for Level 1 are 100% complete, ensuring seamless utility provision. Meanwhile, Level 2 and 3 hydraulics services rough-in works are at 60% completion, and mechanical services rough-in works are at 15% completion.

Fire services rough-in works for Levels 1 to 5 are now 100% complete, enhancing safety provisions within the development.

Sewer and water connections have commenced, as well as the relocation of Telstra services pits in the Oxlade verge.
