Welcome to the latest construction update for Saville by Azure. Throughout the month, significant milestones have been reached across various aspects of the construction process.

Plasterboard installation for Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 8 is now complete, adding to the interior finishing touches of the buildings. Roofing has been successfully installed for Buildings 3 to 9, providing structural integrity and protection from the elements.

Cladding work has been completed for Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8, enhancing both the aesthetics and durability of the exteriors. Additionally, cladding progress is at 50% completion for Buildings 7 and 9.

Windows and doors for Buildings 1 and 2 have been delivered and are ready for installation, while installation is complete for Buildings 3 to 9, ensuring security and energy efficiency.

Internally, stairs installation is complete for Buildings 3, 4, and 5, adding functionality and accessibility to the residences. Tiling work has been completed for these buildings as well, adding a touch of elegance to the interiors.

Rendering work has commenced for Buildings 3, 4, and 5, further enhancing the exterior appearance. Garage doors have been installed for these buildings, providing secure access to parking spaces.

Carpentry fit-out for Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 8 is now complete, adding the final touches to the interior spaces. Kitchen installation is also complete for Buildings 3, 4, and 5, delivering function and stylish culinary environments.

Lastly, the patios across Building 4 have been completed, offering an outdoor retreat for residents to enjoy.
