Welcome to the final construction update for Saville by Azure in Richlands. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite as we near completion.

With the project now 96% complete, we are set to lay the asphalt in early August. Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are fully completed, while Building 9 is in the final fit-out stage. Landscaping remains for Building 7, which is otherwise complete.

For Buildings 1 and 2, the internal painting is complete, and we're advancing to the fit-off stage. The fencing has been finalised, and landscaping is set to commence shortly.

The pool is now complete and filled, ready for residents to enjoy. In the communal area, the feature planter boxes are installed, and feature trees have been placed, with just the final topsoil and planting remaining. The street verge footpath and turfing are finished, and the fit-out for the manager's office is currently in progress.

As we approach the final stages of Saville, we’re excited to welcome residents into their new community in Richlands.
