Welcome to the construction update for The Terraces by Azure, where we are thrilled to share the significant achievements of the past month, bringing us closer to completing these exceptional residences.

Terraces 39 - 53 have seen significant accomplishments. External render and paint are now complete, and the interiors have been transformed with plasterboard and internal painting finished. The focus has shifted to joinery, electrical, and plumbing fit-offs, taking us one step closer to the completion of these terraces.

For Terraces 10 - 17 and Terraces 25 - 38, external render and paint are well underway, enhancing the exterior aesthetics. Meanwhile, internal painting is in progress, and joinery and tiling are nearing completion, contributing to the overall appeal and functionality of these residences.

Terraces 18 - 24 have commenced the external rendering, marking an important step in their transformation. Plasterboard installation and internal fitout work are complete in these terraces.

Terraces 6 - 9 and Terraces 1 - 5 are progressing well. External rendering is in progress, and plasterboard installation and internal fitout work are complete. Internal painting is now underway, further enhancing these terraces.

In the communal area, significant progress has been made, with the installation of the pool pump equipment and the completion of coping and waterline tiling. The blockwork fence has been rendered, contributing to the safety and aesthetics of the communal space.

One noteworthy item of interest is the commencement of external landscape works around various terraces and the communal area.
