For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Concrete slabs have been poured to all terraces & the communal building;
• Structural timber framing is complete for buildings 4 to 10 & the communal building;
• Lower frames have been stood for buildings 2, 3, 11, 12, 13;
• Roof has been installed to buildings 4 to 10;
• Plumbing electrical & air-conditioning rough-in are near complete to buildings 4, 5, 6, 10;
• External cladding & Hebel is complete for buildings 6, 10 & 9;
• Render complete on buildings 6 & 10;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete to buildings 6 & 10;
• External painting is underway for buildings 6 & 10;
• First kitchens and fit off are due to be installed in the coming month.
