For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Structural timber framing is complete to all buildings;
• Roofs have been installed to all buildings;
• Plumbing electrical & air-conditioning rough in is near complete to all buildings;
• External cladding & hebel is complete for buildings 4 to 12, with render complete on buildings 4 to 10;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete to buildings 4 to 10, 12 & 13;
• External painting in near complete for buildings 4 to 10;
• Tiling is near complete for buildings 4 to 10;
• Kitchens and vanities have been installed to buildings 5 to 10, with appliances installed to buildings 6 & 10.
• Internal painting is underway to buildings 4 to 10;
• External window hoods have been installed to buildings 4 to 10 with scaffold now removed;
• Plumbing and electrical fit is near complete to buildings 6 & 10;
• Courtyard dividing fences and landscaping has commend to building 4 to 10.
