Welcome to the August construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The slab on ground works are now completed for all buildings, with piers and retaining walls also fully finished.

Rear fencing for terraces 22 to 37 has begun and will continue throughout the coming month.

Detailed excavation for the communal area is complete, and framing has commenced on terraces 1 to 21 and 38 to 42.

The base pours for the internal road and sub drainage are completed, and Energex has installed the pad-mounted electrical transformer, with the main switchboard expected in early September. Sanding up of the rear yards is also progressing well.

Looking ahead, framing will continue for terraces 43 to 50, with frames for terraces 51 to 56 next in line. Kerb installation along the internal road at terraces 57 to 69 is set to begin, and boundary fencing will continue. Roofing is expected to commence in September, weather permitting, marking another major milestone in the development.
