Currently, 70% of the civil stormwater has been installed, laying the groundwork for efficient drainage systems within the development. Additionally, our retaining walls have reached 65% completion, adding both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal to our surroundings.

We're excited to announce that sewer works have commenced, marking a pivotal step in establishing essential infrastructure for the community.

Looking ahead, we have exciting developments in store. Upcoming projects include the installation of underground electrical systems, which will enhance the functionality and sustainability of our community.
