Welcome to the July construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

The slab on ground works have been completed for terraces 1 to 58. Piers and slab on ground areas for terraces 59 to 69 and 70 to 76 are now complete.

Additionally, retaining walls have been finished, and stormwater under the road works behind terraces 59 to 69 and 70 to 76 are also complete.

Looking ahead, upcoming works include the completion of the all-weather access road. Boundary fencing will commence soon, and rear yards will be sanded up to turf level in preparation for landscaping.
