As we wrap up the year, we’re pleased to share the final construction update for 2024 at Willow by Azure. This year has been one of remarkable progress, and November has brought us closer to delivering this exceptional community.

Sheeting has commenced on terraces 1 to 10, and roofing is underway for terraces 11 to 21. Roofing is now complete for terraces 22 to 37, while roofing battens have been finalised for terraces 70 to 76.

Gyproc installation has been completed for terraces 38 to 42, and roofing and rough-ins are now finished for terraces 43 to 50. For terraces 57 to 69, lowers and floor systems have commenced, alongside the installation of upper frames. Communal works have also progressed, with drainage for the feature palms completed and footings in place for the concrete pathways.

Looking ahead, external cladding is set to begin on terraces 1 to 21, and rough-ins and lockup are planned for terraces 22 to 37. Roof sheeting and rough-ins are scheduled for terraces 70 to 76, while external painting, garage doors, and tiling will commence for terraces 38 to 42. Gyproc installation is planned for terraces 43 to 50, and frame installation will begin for terraces 51 to 56. Upper frames and trusses will advance for terraces 57 to 69, and communal electrical rough-ins are also set to commence.
