Welcome to the October construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

For terraces 1 to 21, the lower frames and floor systems are now complete, with upper frames and trusses at 50% completion. Lower frames and floor systems for terraces 22 to 37 are also finished, along with the lower frames for terraces 70 to 76.

Frame tie-down and roofing are fully completed on terraces 38 to 42, while frame tie-downs are complete for terraces 43 to 50. Additionally, external cladding has commenced on terraces 38 to 42, and preparation for the communal concrete slabs is underway.

Looking ahead, the upcoming focus will be on completing the upper floors for terraces 22 to 37 and finishing the roofing for terraces 1 to 21 and terraces 43 to 50. External cladding will continue to progress on terraces 38 to 42, as we work to bring Willow one step closer to completion.
